Now the ITSMF-Benchmarking is operational we invite customers to form a user-forum so they can add their views to the designs and use of the benchmark. We will support their actions and if sufficient organisations have participated, special meetings can be organised.

Results from the 2010 database

ITSMF-Benchmarking showed detailed information from the 2010 database on the stand at the 2010 ITSMF NL Annual conference. The data is based on 90 assessments on Incident Management where we only use about 40 because of data quality.
